Refund Policy

At Oxyvera, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we do not offer standard returns, we do provide refunds in certain situations.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase for general inquiries.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, will be required.

Refund requests must also be made within 14 days of delivery.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is shared between the shipping provider and the customer.

If you experience any issues with delivery, including delays or tracking concerns, please contact the relevant shipping carrier (such as USPS or your local postal service) directly for assistance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If, for any reason, you do not receive your package within 30 days of shipment due to a carrier-related issue, we will issue a refund upon request. (if you have proof your package has not arrivd through tracking)

However, if the order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the failed delivery and reserve the right to deny a refund request.
